That’s right, the legal climate in our country and around the globe is bad and there is absolutely not stop to the downward slide. The most recent example to fuel the sue-happy public comes to us out of Sao Paulo, Brazil where a former McDonald’s franchise manager was just awarded $17,500.

We are an independent insurance agency and we represent over 100 different insurance companies. One of those companies is a regional Commercial & Personal lines carrier named Erie Insurance Company. Erie has great products, low premiums, and they have always been attentive to our agency, but that is not what makes them special.
